The Fields at Arbor Glen is maintenance-free, independent living for individuals 55 years and older. Our community was created for active people who want spacious and beautiful apartment homes or patio townhomes, without the upkeep of home ownership. No more shoveling snow, mowing the lawn, painting or repairs—and that means more time for what truly matters in your life! We have a variety of floor plans to fit your wants and needs.

The Fields at Arbor Glen was created for those 55 years of age or older who want to maintain an active lifestyle, hobbies and enjoy socializing with adults on a similar journey as them —all without the maintenance and stress of owning a home. Living at The Fields allows you to have more time with friends, family, worry-free traveling, while leaving the upkeep to us.

We understand that at some point, you may need some help around the home and with personal care. We are part of Ebenezer, Minnesota’s largest senior living provider with over 100 years of serving older adults. You will have priority to any of our Ebenezer-managed senior living communities that offer services if you wish to move to assisted living in the future. We actually have an Ebenezer-managed community right next door, Arbor Glen Senior Living.

Each apartment at The Fields has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances for cooking. Meals are not provided at The Fields. However, the community is conveniently located near Hagberg’s Country Market and several Lake Elmo restaurants including some of the following: The Lake Elmo Inn, Gorman’s Family Restaurant and Twin Point Tavern. Residents of The Fields at Arbor Glen can purchase meals at Arbor Glen Senior Living next door.

The Fields at Arbor Glen has a full-time Maintenance team that assists with any requests needed by the residents as well as maintaining property upkeep. The Fields at Arbor Glen is managed and operated by Ebenezer.

A beautiful apartment home or townhome, fob controlled building entrance, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, all utilities, wifi, cable TV, water, garbage, recycling, individual climate controls, maintenance of home, grounds and common spaces, enriching activities, fitness programs, and more. Garages are included with townhome resident's rent.

There are no restrictions for visitors. You must follow the lease for overnight guests.

Yes, we are pet friendly. Pet deposit is required, and restrictions do apply. Please inquire with Property Manager about specifics.

We understand that moving can be overwhelming. Please know that The Fields at Arbor Glen staff can be a resource for you. We can assist you with locating local moving companies and services to make it as easy and stress-free as possible!

There is no long-term leases at The Fields, it’s just a full calendar month notice that is needed in order to move.

A one-time $2,000 nonrefundable fee (community fee) is paid prior to move in to reserve your apartment.
The fee covers the cost of maintaining the home and preparing your apartment.

Yes, there is indoor, climate-controlled parking for an additional fee. There is ample outdoor parking in front of the building at no cost.

The Fields at Arbor Glen has several different communal gathering spaces for you to enjoy. These include: Outdoor Gas Grill, High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet, Secured Entrance, Maintenance-Free Living, Heated Indoor Parking, Gardens, Game Courts for Pickle Ball, and Bocce Ball, Walking Paths, Bonfire Pit and Gathering Area, Fitness Center, Community Room and access to Arbor Glen Common Gathering Areas, Spa/Salon, and Theater Room.

Each apartment and townhome has either a personal balcony or walk-out patio and include an in-unit washer and dryer as well as contemporary/high-end finishes.

The Fields at Arbor Glen is located at 11070 39th Street North, Lake Elmo, nestled in peaceful residential living, surrounded by walking paths and conveniently located near downtown Lake Elmo with grocery, pharmacy, restaurants all within walking distance.

The Fields at Arbor Glen has 42 apartment homes that range from one-bedrooms to two-bedroom + dens. We also have 18 patio townhomes that range from two-bedroom to three-bedroom. The building is secured 24/7 with access via Fobs for residents. For visitors, there is a call box at the main entrance.

The word “active" refers to your lifestyle. If you are not able bodied, you can still be active. You may be active in gardening, a book club, or just enjoying company with new friends. You can choose how active you want to be in our community with everything that’s going on. The mindset of many of the folks moving into The Fields at Arbor Glen is that they don’t want have to deal with the home maintenance anymore or taking care of the yard. They want more time with friends, family or traveling without worrying.

We do not have nursing staff at our community, however, you are certainly welcome to bring in home health care services from your preferred provider or we can help provide options. We also are part of Ebenezer, which has an abundance of care options within our communities throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin,  Iowa, and Florida, including next door at Arbor Glen Senior Living which has Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We have a Lifestyle Coordinator who works with residents to plan special events, activities and outings.

We do not currently have transportation services. If we find this need in the future, we will look at what accommodations are available to us.  There are great programs that provide home deliveries in case you aren’t able to get out. Our staff would be happy to provide these resources to you.
